Almudena de la Maza is the daughter of the Count of Maza (el Conde de la Maza). She has worked as a PR for Bodegas Lustau, probably the most important bodega in Spain.
Lustau was founded in 1896 by Don José Ruiz-Berdejo. Lustau has received numerous international awards including the “International Wine Challenge” in London and the “Concours Mondial” in Brussels. There wines can be enjoyed at many of the best restaurants and hotels on the five continents, from Japan to the United States and from South Africa to Lapland. Almudena organises private sherry tasting evenings at the Hacienda with the Lustau wines, she also runs the family estate, Cortijo de Arenales which has over 2800 hectares mostly dedicated to breeding bulls for the bullfights.
