Ignacio Rodgriguez Llinares has worked in some of the world´s best restaurants including Martin Berasategui´s restaurant Lasarte in San Sebastian. Ignacio is the founder of El Contenedor, an extremely popular Seville restaurant that is innovative in its style of cooking.
They use only the freshest of ingredients and construct their menus based on what local produce is available seasonally. Having created a hugely successful restaurant, Ignacio has sold his majority share and dedicates much of his time to inventing. He enjoys teaching and will organise private classes for our guests at the restaurant where he imparts his enthusiasm and wealth of culinary knowledge.
