Ruth Roberts has been cooking in Seville since 1992 when she was the VIP chef at the British Pavilion during the World Expo. Guests included Prince Charles and Princess Diana, in 1995 she was one of the chefs at the Spanish Royal wedding of the Infanta Elena.
Ruth organizes cooking classes in a private home followed by lunch on the terrace overlooking the Seville Cathedral. You will learn how to make traditional Andalucian recepies like gazpacho, Spanish tortilla, chicken cooked with almonds and saffron and seafood such as whole fish cooked in a salt crust and served with lemon oil. Prior to the class Ruth will take you to visit a local produce market where you will see an incredible range of seafood and game plus the local meats, fruit and vegetables.
